Behavior Consultant

The behavior consultant assists school teams in the development and implementation of behavioral and social skills programs for students with disabilities.  This may include facilitating and coaching teams in the functional behavior assessment process; in providing social skills instructional strategies; in assisting staff in implementing classroom management and behavioral strategies; in collecting and analyzing student data; assisting in the development of behavior plans and crisis plans; and generally in assisting teams in supporting student success.
