The Yellowstone West/Carbon County Special Services Cooperative is made up of 18 school districts.
In addition to a director, secretary, and business manager, the Co-op employs four speech pathologists and five speech aides, four school psychologists, one preschool teacher and three preschool paraprofessionals, two occupational therapists, one physical therapist, an audiological technician, and a family/school coordinator and assistant director.
