I joined the Cooperative in April of 2018 and feel extremely grateful to be a member of such a hard-working, child centered team.  As the Cooperative’s administrative assistant, I look forward to working behind the scenes to ensure that our office runs smoothly and that our team is fully supported as they work with children throughout the eighteen districts we serve.

I have spent the majority of my life working with children both professionally and through various volunteer opportunities.  The time our family spent as houseparents for the Milton Hershey School in Hershey, Pennsylvania was probably the most rewarding position I have ever held.  It taught me that every child has hope for a brighter future when there are caring adults guiding them and encouraging them each step of the way.

Before joining the Cooperative, I worked for 7 years as the secretary at Elder Grove School.  My experience there prepared me to step in to this position confidently as Bridget begins her well-deserved retirement.

My husband and I live in Laurel and have one of our three children still at home.  Nothing makes me happier than to have all of us together for a nice dinner and conversation around the table.
