I grew up in Wyoming and graduated from the University of Wyoming with my Bachelor's and Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology.
I moved to Montana and started my speech pathology career working with adults in stroke and neuro recovery at inpatient rehabilitation facilities. I transitioned to working in schools back in 2019 and have loved working with students of all abilities and ages.
This will be my first year with the education cooperative. I have special interests in speech sound disorders, language/literacy development and alternative augmentative communication (AAC) systems. I love empowering individuals and families in developing their communication skills and advocating for their needs across all settings.
My other interests include: reading, knitting, hiking, paddle boarding, and gardening. I'd like to start learning wood working and carpentry.
